Don't be ashamed dude. It's a real condition, called PIED. Porn Induced Erectile Dysfunction, if you Masturbate to porn frequently it will zap your boner when you're with a real woman

If you want to stop this from happening, you have to go into Hard mode. (Which is just quitting Masturbation, Porn and Orgasm) until you reboot your Brain.

You should be able to get erections if you quit Masturbating and chronic porn use. Most guys have been there, and it does suck but have no fear dude it can be taken care of

It's nothing to be ashamed of. I had a similiar problem, but it's now gone. For me quitting porn and masturbation was enough, but your case is more serious, so maybe stopping also sex for a while can work. You have been seriously harming your brain and sexuality by porn. Now you need to fix it.

By the way: maintaining erection is only the first step. Usually after that you can still have problems with premature or delayed ejaculation or other stuff.
