    Hey, hey mates! how you doing? I was traveling with my family and everything was excellent. I didn't feel any urge to watch porn or jerk off. Actually I didn't have any thoughts about it. But once I came home and turn on the computer the past experiences about PMO came to my mind and made me feel so awkward. I realized that when you find your special place, where you are private, and you have done a lot of things there (like PMO in this case), the urge is bigger than you think. For example when you smoke weed and you feel good doing it in your house because you are safe and relax, but once you try to do it outside you feel uncomfortable. That's the matter, PMO is actually a safe place. And when you use to do it in your bedroom, you start to conditionate your own behavior. So, watch that. That's what I want to share with you today.

    Hello Spartans,

    Just finished my first gym session in over a week due to a nasty head cold. I chose to take the time to rest my body and focus on being present in life. It was a great time of reflection. But today I decided it was time to get back to training. It’s an important part of my life and I will never quit. it gives me so much power and confidence, and releases so much stress.

    I am feeling a shift in my state of mind. I feel less avoidance and escapism. And when I do, I’m conscious of it and think about my options. And I choose an action from those options instead of just reacting automatically. I hear thoughts in my head that are negative, fear based, anxious... and I observe as routine thoughts, reactions, habits, patterns are triggered and start in motion... and I halt them. I stop them. And I pick a different path.

    I am waking up to how asleep I have been. And how much freedom I can have through discipline. through no pmo.

    I could not even imagine at the beginning that is was possible to feel like I do now.

    Thank you all for your support and encouragement. Thank you @Kratos_GOW for creating this community. I have a new life now.

    thank you for sharing this. It helps us all. I have kept my alcohol and weed consumption to almost zero during this freak and never at home alone. That was always a big trigger for me. I need to be reminded of this so I can stay strong. Thank you Spartan!

    I HAVE A QUESTION .

    Hello fellow readers , for the past 3 days i have been drinking this hot water only almost 3 litre per day . As i am fat so , someone suggested me replace normal water with hot water. And i kind a liking it , drinking hot water making me feel good but i want to know if i will continue this as a habit will it harm me in near future ?

    No i dont think so, Best time to drink hot water is when you have just woken up. It flushes the toxins out of body when you take a shit. For most of time you can drink warm water it doesnt have any negative effects. Just do not go too extreme.

    great thought. That's, why is, is suggested to stay out of your room in case of urgency and surround yourself with people. Then you certainly won't do it. Ur mind is Redirected at that point and it's uncomfortable to even think about it.

    Day 11 checking in, y,esterday I had very little energy but still managed to get to the gym, today I feel the same and I had another nightmare last night, this one even worse, but staying strong this will all pass

    The periods of low energy definitely become less frequent. I have found that cold showers are also a great way to clear the mind and get energised. I had one this arvo and I haven’t experienced anything else that can give you such a rush and change your state of mind in just a few minutes!
