    What up young hero's/heroines/non-binary equivalents,

    Checking in for 4/90.
Taking this day by day, no complacency, no future projections, no bullshit.
I like to hit the iconic 'panic button' just to see what it says...but there has been no emergency here.

    All the blessed my brothers*

  8. Also, stopping PMO will effect your sleep as your dopamine levels reset and go back to normal. The yo-yo of off and on stopping PMO has wrecked havoc on my sleep too. As you stay the course, sleep patterns will get better. Hope that helps.

  9. Many of us have been there bro. It sucks to reset the counter. But it's also an opportunity to make a deep-down decision for change. You can do it!

  10. Nice work bro! I found that my (borderline) PIED started to recover after about two months last time. Just let your body heal at its own pace - you're on the positive path.

yes, probably everyone who is doing NoFap. It is your addicted brain trying to get you back to the addiction.
it will probably get worse before it gets better. And how long it takes is very personal and of course also related to the length of your addiction. Do not give in, you are so much more and better than this.
