I Can't Quit

Yes You can. Just stop doing it. Go do something different like read a book ,watch a movie anything other than binging. Binging just makes everything worse it is even worse than the relapse it self. Stop wasting your energy. Consider finding an accountability partner.

 

What triggered the binge? Are you able to identify it? If you are, maybe spending some time thinking about the cause of this binge and addressing it helps you stop binging.

 

You can always stop. Addiction is a very strong thing, but you have to try.
