    Hi all, I'm an 18 year old trying to prevent my addictive behaviors to porn and masturbation from escalating any further. I'm done with trying over and over to stop.
    From what I've seen from this website, I know I can find the strength in numbers and a supportive community.

    I'm going to start with a thirty day reboot which I hope will transition to ninety days. One day at a time; and thank you for your support!

    Welcome, and good luck with your nofap journey! I'll make my usual recommendation to wear briefs instead of boxers, if you don't already!
