Blue balls or Something else??

Hello,
I found out i have PIED, so i stopped PMO completely. I've been watching porn for a long time, about 4-5 years now. It's been 60days I've quit PMO, no edging, nothing.
I noticed a weird small lump on one of my testicles today as i was taking a shower. It's not painful at all and small too, i read some articles online which said it is harmless and cures itself. Is this due to not PMOing for such a long time? Is this Blue balls? Is it something serious?

 

Yeah so since i went for a checkup i thought about getting it checked up but for some reason i felt not to as it wasn't something serious and no pain too. I had nightfall yesterday and the lump is gone. I think it was due to the fact that i have not ejaculated for such a long time. Yes I'm not PMOing, no matter what. Thank you for the advice

 

Well it's gone completely now, nothing to worry about.
