Day 2 almost Over.
Busy with friends function today, ao was busy.
I guess for me when i am on a streak like even for 3-4 days, after the starting part it gets very easy bcoz of the momentum u achieve and the recent history when ur mind won over any symptoms of temptation..Its a blessing to have this community where i can share with u guys in this journey against this modern day pandamic which is eating us. I am surprised to note lot of Indian guys on the forum(judging from Indian names)..though we are 1.25/7 people on earth but still the figure is lot high...we must fight this my friends...Youth can't be on this useless opium of Porn. Lets quit rhis crap from our life. If not now, then When?. I encourage others to keep sharjng their energetic and courageous stories.

Simple: 1. stop looking at porn. 2. start developing habits that make you feel good.

Of course, it's easier said than done, but that's it. And we're all working to do that. So why not join?

Day 102 weight training (M, W, F)
Day 37 reduced alcohol, caffeine and sugar
Longest streaks 67 then 51 (4 years later)
- no urges in sight ... am I dreaming???
- maybe my body is finally getting the message I'm not caving in but will continue this challenge until I succeed

piked a little, but relapsed much later without it. today relapsed again... Day 0

 

7 days my brothers. feeling good although hard day because of strong urges but i manage through. i notice that counting the days is starting to get on my nerves again, so i´m gonna post daily but don´t register the days. anyways the counter is running so everybody can see in which day i am . let´s go!!!!
