    well, the problem with the counter is that it can work both ways, to motivate and to demotivate. if you think it destroys your motivation then erase the counter. just keep the starting date for reference and tell me when you rank up. the important thing is to manage this day clean, just learn to live in abstinence, day by day. after some time it becomes natural and nofap becomes part of life. let´s go bro, we´re with you!!!

    7 days. feeling good although today hard day because of strong urges but i manage through. i notice that counting the days is start to get on my nerves, so i´m gonna post daily but don´t register the days, just when i rank up. anyways the counter is running so everybody can see in which day i am.

    7 days have passed, i´m still a slave of porn evil, but a strong slave now, URUK-HAI ;). can´t wait to become an hobbit and start my journey :)
