Is there an actual difference between a reset and a relapse?

 

A reset is usually treated as a less serious outcome. For example, despite the fact that you watched P, you resisted the urge to MO. That is very commendable of you

However, as far as your counter is concerned, both a reset/relapse set it to 0. However, know that the outcome could have been much worse and let that encourage you for the next effort.

 

I see. Can people actually making PIED improvements if they reset but not relapse? Not that I encourage reset, it’s just that it can happen.

I may watch it and rather not secrete. Have you secreted already? I’m on my second day. Won small battles which seemed huge the first day. I feel that tougher and more natural battles are coming ahead.
