Yep, i get the same. Ive tried to give up the destructive porn genres so many times in the past, this is the first run with nofap. On to day 13 now i think and im fearful of relapse but also my mind is at times wanting to ditch all this and just get back to it. "One little look wont hurt" but i know it would.
