Day 14! I'm happy. My thoughts, same as after 7 days but even better: more free time not wasted on PM, none of the aches and pains from hunched over and repetitive stress, my head is clearer to think about real problems and issues and goals. You're more free when you have the choice not to be addicted

 

10/14. I feel an improvement with myself. i have more time to study things i put on hold earlier for porn use.

Relapsed Day 0 of 14... Gotta brake this relapse cycle

Day 0, daily check-in. This time i'll have the biggest streak of my life without PMO!

 

I'll break mine relapse cycle too, let's be free of the chains of porn!

 

Got busy - missed check in after day 1 and day 2. Feeling ok near the end of day 3. Trying not to be too optimistic.

Feeling very happy to complete this challenge.
Now I don't waste time and energy on doing PM.
Started a new hobby of running and it help me to boost my knowledge and make me feel more happy.
Keep going guys meet you at 21 day challenge.

Been absent some days from NF forums, although I didnt' stop battling and didn't relapse. 15 days clean and still counting on. I'm moving to the next one: 30 day challenge, hope to be able to post everyday this time.
