Thanks! Funny you mention Van Damme. When I was in high school, I had a friend who had been a big fan of his from before he had become really famous. He was literally one of his first fans. He wrote him fan mail, and VD wrote him a long handwritten letter back. Then later when he became famous... my friend didn't get any more replies lol. Such is life.

 

Glad to be at 6 days again. Feeling pretty good, staying really busy, getting an exercise routine started and taking better care of my appearance.

Checking in... I’m just relapsed... no way to call it a reset at this point.

Eating horribly not taking great care of myself...tapping a couple of times every couple days.

But tomorrow is another day and I want to do better.

I’m helping everyone get off the bottom of the list quickly after a reset. I’m a real team player!

Sorry to hear that. What is the difference in a relapse and a reset?

 

I think reset is if you PMO or MO once and go back to NoFap right away. A relapse is if you go on a MO fest and can’t go back on track for days or weeks afterwards.

My goal is to first achieve hard mode for 90 days and then take it from there.

My longest prior hard mode streak was 40 days and never have I ever achieved that ever again.

My addiction to porn has reduced considerably now but I want to develop control on masturbation.
