I can only relate my personal experience with brain fog:

My memory and focus have no doubt improved. My "up" days now far outnumber my "down" days.

But, in my experience, there's never been a moment, and I suspect there never will be a moment, when I proclaim that my brain fog dissapeared, because in my experience, it's not a linear process.

In my opinion, the level of my brain fog is more contingent upon various factors, most of which I can control, through my own daily efforts toward a proper mindset:

    1. Live life honestly: no lies, no exceptions. For me I have discovered that a clear conscience leads to a clear focus.

    2. Rely on God for more acceptance, understanding, and forgiveness. This is for others AND myself.

    3. Get good sleep. I go to bed early and rise early, almost always waking up feeling rejuvenated.

    4. Consume clean food and drink. I'm fully convinced that no alcohol is best for me, though I still indulge, usually once a week.

    5. Exercise. I train 5 days a week with weights and cardio. I'm convinced it not only keeps me fit but also helps alleviate depression and anxiety and aids in sleep, mental clarity, and focus.

    6. Deal with stress. Stress is unavoidable in my opinion, and at times it really takes a toll on my mental focus, but I do my best to deal with stress. I always remind myself that at least I'm no longer using PMO, women, p-subs, alprazolam, and marijuana to escape from my problems.

    7. Take cold showers. I realize that not everybody will agree with me on this one. All I can say is that, for me, they rejuvenate me. I feel more focused, yet more relaxed, every single time after I take a cold shower. I cannot remember the last time I took a hot shower, and I have no intentions on ever doing so again.

    Update*

    Day 6 complete.

No, I didn’t die from not eating or drinking water for 72 hours... I’m back to just the juice & water. Here’s the immediate results: i have had an enlarged tonsil since I had strep throat a lot as a kid... it shrunk to half its size and looks cleaner. I lost a ton of water weight, my skin looks better.
My mind also feels like the brain fog might have lifted... time will tell.

I plan on doing shorter fasts from now on periodically and eating raw foods to see if I can get my full health back. I could have gone another day, but I was looking forward to that glass of water and decided I’m happy with surpassing my goal.

Sorry if nobody wanted to know, I just thought I’d pass on what I consider valuable health information... after all, what’s more extreme?.... fasting to heal your body... or have a stranger cut it open and giving you drugs with side effects?

Thanks Bro, I would say these days I don't have much interest in porn anymore, I surprisingly just don't and the best part is I think with time you kinda get the motivation to try new things in life, like actually going out and hanging out with friends, meeting new people and talking to real girls. I must confess, I'm still a little shy, but at least it's one huge step forward for me!
