Well, Myproblem is opposite:( I can only obtain and maintain erection on my knee or standing up. As soon as I am lying down I loose erection. I watched porn last 2 years and masturbate lying down position. I afraid I have venous leakage.

You may be right. But masturbating a lot causes malfunctioning smooth muscles in penis. Breaking masturbating around 3 or more months(related with the damage that you did to your penis) fix the malfunctioning problem. if the damage permanent, In general it is not permanent in young ages that's why NoFap fix this problem. I dont think that it is about being extra horny. If you dont feel horny then dont do sex. You have to be horny if you wanna be fully erected.

The reason it is wierd is because if watching porn man can stand up and jerk it no problem. But when with girl lose up position leads to losing it especially if u don’t start standing. That’s why it looks to be porn related. And it’s lose as in down to 0% erection. Gets to point where its in ur mind and the mind part of it adds to it. But I see ur info is important cuz I am diabetic so like good info to have. Ik Ed is a possible thing later in life. I’m 23 now tho.

Same here, I'm 24 and I can get hard erection while I m on bed but when I stand up, erection lost immediately. In standing position even I can't masterbate because I m not able to get erection in standing position. I stopped watching porn two years ago. And masterbate one time in three months in lying position and finish in standing but it also not helping. On 4th January I met to a doctor (skin and sex disease). He gave me 10 capsule ( not Via gra, Cialic) for ten days. One capsule every night before dinner. Success capsule is printed on it. Anyone else suffering from condition like me please tell What type of treatment are u taking.

I'm not a doctor, but it seems to me that the blood flows out of your penis toward your ankles as you stand. Even before porn abuse, this was happening to me as I got older of I was with a girl I wasnt really into. But, if I was totally into the girl, I'd have no problem. The dopamine signal was simply stronger.

In that sense, you're right. It's a PIED dopamine receptor problem.

If it is, I should be fine soon. My workouts have been beastly. I’m not eating any refined sugar. I’m dropping weight and gaining muscle.

Unfortunately, I suspect it’s more about denying your brain of any dopamine or norepinephrine rather than body fat...

I also have the problem of loosing my erection when I’m standing. But even though if I’m laying or sitting down my penis never gets fully erect (only get to around 70-80% hard). I’ve tried using the gainswave treatment and it didn’t help at all. Maybe that’s because I was still doing PMO at the time during the treatments. Even my morning erections are weak.
But there’s some new found hope since I stopped PMO for about a week and my erection was much stronger and didn’t go away when I would stand up. That erection lasted about 35 minutes with just manual stimulation. But I relapsed and my erection is back to its weaker state. I’ve not been on PMO for about two weeks and I’m hoping I can last another 2 months and see better results.
Another thing is that I’m pretty sure I tore my suspensory ligament since I used to tuck my erection in between my legs while at home on bed for about two years to avoid embarrassment from family members. So my erection doesn’t stand up at a 90 degree angle. It just points downward. I read somewhere that a torn ligament can cause ED and can be cured once the ligament is repaired but the doctors I’ve talked to don’t believe a torn ligament is causing my ED. Both doctors basically believe that I’ve possibly damaged the erectile tissue due to forcing the erection downward with lots of pressure. One of them suggested that I get a PRP shot which can heal the tissue over time. Has anyone here had the PRP shot and seen better results? If anyone else is going through the same issue as me please help.

I've had prp twice in my spine. It did nothing for me.

Why on earth would you get it in your spine?

Yes, the clinic I work at performs Pshots(PRP), in conjunction with Gainswave(shockwave therapy) for ED. The success rate is fairly high, around 80%, and the guys who don't see good result typically have something else going on like hormones, or went through prostate removal surgery. I've personally done both Gainswave, and PRP shots, and it cured my ED. Another guy in this thread said he got it done in his spine, I honestly don't know why, but the PShot is done directly into the penis.

Check this guy's youtube channel out, shows him getting the Gainswave treatment done, and also talks about stem cells for ED, which I honestly don't know much about, but I'm hearing good things from the doctors I work for: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCEcQwBFRHj7RZDpB14868fg/videos

Thanks for the video/help. I’ve heard good things about the PRP shot before. This is pretty much a last resort for me since I’ve tried just about everything else.my hormone levels have been tested before (about 3-4 years ago)and they all came out good. Getting my hormone levels tested again at the end of this month since one of the new doctors I’m visiting is requesting them. Hopefully everything checks out and also hoping this is just a PIED issue. Thanks again for the help!

My experience with prp was not for erectile dysfunction. It was for si joint dysfunction. I twice had 20 injections into the spine at a cost of $2,500 and $2,000. It did nothing for my back issues.

I fully recommend you go through Gainswave therapy, and the Pshot together, they both enhance each other to an amazing degree. Gainswave(shockwave therapy) is the only known non surgical cure cure for peyronie's disease, it breaks up the fiber tissue that causes it. It also creates angiogenesis(creation of new blood vessels inside the penis) that aids in increased blood flow into the corpus cavernosum. Finally it breaks up existing micro plaque that might exist inside your current veins, and erection tissue, opening up old blood vessels, and restoring the endothelial cell function. When you do Gainswave, and get the Pshot while going through the treatments, the Pshot enhances the healing of damaged tissue, and super charges the creation of new tissue/blood vessels. It's also the only proven cure for venous leakage, though venous leakage really is almost always a misnomer, it's generally just arterial insufficiency that can be corrected. The guys I've seen only get Gainswave, or only get the Pshot, and not both together get decent results, almost always improved, but when combined together most guys in our clinic report huge improvements. Common reports are a returns to normal morning erections, the ability to get random erections while standing up etc.

I personally believe I had damage from jelging done as a teenager/early 20s. I forgot what it was like to have solid erections that were stiff, and you couldn't press into much. Gainswave/PRP fixed that, I'm considering doing stem cells next once I learn more.

Should look into finding a provider near you: https://gainswave.com/directory/

Yeah, I've seen no studies that suggest it works very well on bone, though I've heard some reports. Most of the studies conducted show amazing results for soft tissue though, such as cartilage, veins, and of course the penis. My girlfriend gets it done for her face on a yearly basis, the "vampire facial", it cleared up all her fine lines, and she looks freaking 16 again(she's 28). Soft tissue is where it works.

The idea of the treatment was that the prp was supposed to heal all of the ligaments that anchor the si joint in place. Ligaments are made of cartilage.

The fault of the failure of the treatment may (or may not) lie with prp.

What has finally helped is intensive stretching of the right hip and strengthening of the left oblique. This suggests to me that the anchor ligaments were or are being constantly stretched and damaged.

hmm, I don't believe stretching of the suspensory ligament can cause ED. It's pretty normal for a guy's suspension ligament to lengthen over time. I remember when I was a teenager my erection would stand upwards standing up, was kinda painful at times. Now when its fully hard it points more straight forward, very hard, no pain now. Thats perfectly normal I believe.

It hasn’t been that long for me since the gainswave treatment. I got 7 treatments once a week starting mid October. Hoping since i just did it recently I won’t have to get and pay for more treatments if I decide to go for the Pshot.
Also wondering if they only gave you one Pshot or multiple? How long was the healing process and how long until you saw results?

I got 2, one on the first Gainswave treatment, and one on my 6th, and final Gainswave treatment. I really started to notice the effect about 8 weeks out, but I noticed slight improvements about 3 weeks into treatment.

Having the same problem for about 10 years. I can tell you it begun when i pressed downwards the erect penis. I heard a loud pop but no discomfort or pain. ( mind you is was not a simple ligament pop i had those and they were not close that loud sounding)...I will retry to "solve the mystery", going for some imagistic tests ( MRI ).
