Awhile back I would not have believed I could do it. You've got 19 days, which means you can absolutely do 20. And if you can do 20, then you can do 21, and so on. Something I've learned is that I won't explode if I go a long stretch without PMO. The desire won't build indefinitely like I used to think. Keep practicing.
