    been there so many times brother. relapse over isolation. i would say that 1 hour is already too much. now i take no chances. if i predict i´m gonna stay home alone for several hours i take the gadgets out of the house. no questions asked.

    Seems like almost all lines of defence failed. However because I haven't enter the site nor seen anything graphic, i don't consider this a relapse/reset (@RiseToGreatness If that's ok for you). Feeling good today, bit low on energy but still did my job, worked out and ate healthy.

    Day 13 checking in. I've said it a million times already, but it really sucks how porn is so normalized in today's society. Seriously, I can't go a few days without my friends showing me a porn meme or coming across something on YouTube that really shouldn't be on YouTube. I think for the former in the future I'm just going to look away and appear disinterested (even though I suppose the opposite is true). It's not worth the urges and strife just to momentarily please my friends. I'd get new friends but everyone my age is obsessed with porn and sex, so there's not much I can do on that front.
