    Hi sorry for using so open language. When I am on the nofap journey , I feel like some strong sex cells activated in my penis and my brain can not concentrate on the work on hand because of the strong itch of blood in penis that needs to be taken care of, by doing this nasty pmo. I feel like my brain is in my pants at that time. Can someone please know how to tackle this physical problem? Thanks on advance.
