Hey guys I need some advice. I ask that you please take this seriously. The last day I masterbated was December 5th. I’ve tried to quit many times over the decade I’ve been masterbating without any real success. The reason I stopped was my penis began aching for days to weeks after I masterbated. I truly had a problem. The pain has gone away since then but I ran into a new problem. On December 23 I was awoken by an almost wet dream, but I was able to catch it before I ejaculated. Ever since then my penis has been really sensitive (not a painful sensitive but the urge to ejaculate without stimulation or arousal). This has been a problem since then and it still hasn’t gone away. If I’m up and around doing things it will usually not give me a ton of problems, but when I’m trying to sleep or riding in a car it feels like I’m going to ejaculate.

I have seen a urologist and he said everything looks fine and he don’t think I’ve done any serious damage to my penis, he said it’s most likely psychogenic sexual dysfunction.

Is it possible to get this much sensitivity from something like that? Is my brain and body so conditioned to pornography and masterbating that this can happen? If so what can I do?

I’ve been porn/masterbaiting free for about 45 days now, which is pretty big for me. (longest I’ve made it in years) I’m hell bent on ending this addiction. Having a family and kids with someone is so important to me. I’m desperate for help, I appreciate any advice at all.

Is that still possible if I’m a virgin? And is there anything I can do to help treat it? So the sensitivity goes away?

You’re healing! Of course it’s more sensitive, you’re not yanking on it daily. My husband had de from the second we married. He got pied at 46. Last January he quit pmo, and he went to rock hard erections and barely able to last a minute.

Did he also have the feeling he was going to ejaculate even without an erection? It’s frustrating throughout the day because even something as simple as riding in a car or sitting down gives me the feeling like I’m going to ejaculate sometimes.

    Yes, and random erections.

Thank you so much for your replies, it’s comforting knowing that I’m not alone.

How long did the sensitivity last?
Did he have any discomfort in his pelvic floor muscles?
Did he need therapy to get rewired?

    I appreciate everything!

He’s a year clean, still pretty sensitive but no random erections anymore, and no more pe. I will ask about his pelvic muscles but I don’t recall him talking about that. He is in therapy and 12 step groups.
