  1. Thanks man. I don't really know why, but at the end of my workouts, sometimes I feel like not doing shit for the rest of the day. I don't know if it's because of leakage or what, but I think this optimen supplement might have a lot to do with it. I just saw that it contains saw palmetto which is actually really bad for men with low t issues. Sure it boosts testosterone with zinc and shit, but saw palmetto lowers your DHT which is the same as testosterone, but 3 to 10 times more powerful.

    Hey,
    Day 1 Finished now going to sleep, I have decided that I will be reading as much I can on sex transmutation, today opened my old book Think and Grow Rich revisited the chapter on Sex transmutation was helpful for a day still a chapter remaining will be reading tomorrow. I kept myself out from my house the whole day now planning for tomorrow and will be out for a day thanks everyone and all the best

    It may definitely be easier said than done again, but try to remind yourself in the moment about how much nofap betters your life and how much more successful and better off you’ll be doing man!

    That’s what personally helps me deal with urges a lot of the times and fantasies. However everyone is different, I just remind my self how good I’m feeling and that really discouraged me from wanting to fantasize and subsides a lot of urges. Don’t get me wrong though, they can get strong enough to the point where things like this don’t work (loss of rational thinking) but I’m telling you, you gotta be strong. In intense urge moments like this you have to just stay away to put it simply, just don’t touch or look at anything. In moments where your just about to fap and having uncontrollable urges, just dont! Keep your hands far away fro, down there and shut off your device and endure the urge, after it’s over and gone, you’ll be so much better off, good luck!

    and also, if your leakage is uncontrollable, that could simply be a severe case of premature ejaculation. I remember when I was really addicted to it, I would pre here and there randomly (but not all the time) after dealing with urges. As long as your trying to not do that your fine.

    And if I were to give you advice, don’t take supplements that aren’t in pure form or that have other ingredients that can have other effects on you, if I were to recommend any, take pure zinc, vitamin c, vitamin d, and omega 3 fish oil pills. Those four will most likely speed up your reboot and you will see drastic improvements. The extra in your system will speed up the recovery from all that you’ve been losing during your addiction. Just stay on nofap and take those once in a while and eat carrots, orange juice, greens, chicken and eggs, you’ll be fine.

    Day 1 almost finished, had a few urges, but decided to unfollow all those instagram thots, did actually help. Fight the urge, and be present in the moment, realise the fapping pattern and stop yourself from even touching yourself. Hell yeah

    So I relapsed on day 6. I noticed that since I'm on this thread, I am a lot more motivated for nofap and more aware of triggers and it is the first time that I accomplished several streaks of 3 or more days. But still, somehow, from day 5 on, I always get myself into a situation where I see a trigger and don't have control over myself, even though I am aware that I have to stop. I'm just on auto pilot.
    It sucks. I don't know what to do. I'm busy all day long and tired when I come gome, but in the evening I relapse regularly.

    I just want to say. Whatever struggles you have in life, everyone will be ok.

    There are times where we slip and there are times we fall. But just keep trying to stay on nofap and follow the rules strictly.

    Your life will improve exponentially. It will have a snowball effect of benefits on your life.

    You’ll experience life like the way that you used to. Bliss and Joy.

    Like a kid. No worries.

    True happiness is when you have 90 things you have to manage in life and your working hard to achieve all of them at once, but you have not a worry in mind and you are fulfilled and feel joy and realize that that’s one of life’s greatest gifts. Life itself.

    That’s NoFap.

    If your complaining in life and you have negativity present in it. The things you have to do in life are not the issue. There’s something deep within that is problematic. Whether it’s fapping, abuse, depression (could be from fapping), etc.

    Happiness doesn’t mean you aren’t bothered and you have it easy.

    If you are happy, it doesn’t matter. Because your life isn’t occupied with underlying burdens that cause other things in life to become too much.

  14. Triggers and flashbacks of old porn stars and shit i used to follow and whack it to were kinda frequent today unfortunately, and women with leggings in public though. But then again I think I'm gonna need AT least another 2->3 years before shit really start to improve. Yesterday this shit even distracted me from building a puzzle.

    Also I want to advice people to stop playing video games. While they aren't quite nearly as capable of frying your dopamine receptors, they still will give you a really bad dopamine rush especially if you haven't played in a while. Playing video games just today even for an hour gave me a ridiculous dopamine rush and sucked the life out of me and it wasnt even games with graphic stuff or potential triggers. In particular, it is Terraria and Minecraft for me, something about them is really addicting.

    Heres a littleFun fact too: Playing video games for an hour release only 25% less dopamine than having sex/ watching pornography do for just 5 minutes Yes they're actually slightly worse for your brain than porn if your a severe addict.

    Edit for clarification: pmo for and hour is definitely way more deadly to dopamine receptors than video games for an hour, but the general gist of it is video games are almost as bad for dopamine receptors.

  15. Hey guys. I've been trying to find an accountability group to finally help me be accountable for once for my porn addiction. I will be following the thread and I'm a fan of the overall positivity/encouragement on this thread. Best of luck to everyone on here on their PMO abstinence or whatever your goals are.

    Once again, day 1 finished. After having relapsed, I think I can "feel" how my testosterone is on a low. I have less energy, I'm not as productive as after a few days of nofap and I have no morning wood. That really bothers me and motivates me to abstain from pmo. I'm really looking forward to my "mental and physical state" in a few days, usually after 4 or 5 days of abstaining. I hope that I can start a longer streak this time and not throw away the energy for a few moments of artificial joy.
    For me, 9gag often is a trigger, so I deleted the bookmark and try to avoid that site too. Also, I have put my laptop in the living room. Maybe it helps...

    I was out of the house the whole day, went to the library and tries to follow my schedule strictly there were some urges but as we all know cant react on this in a library that's why I transferred my energies towards my studies.

    Going well so far, Hope for the best all the best guys
