I'm almost 30 and didn't have sex since 6 years and I'm terribly afraid of PIED. I had a bad experience with PIED 4 months ago with a woman, since then I'm even more afraid of sex.

I'm on day 13 of my nofap journey. So far relapsed twice on porn, but still on day 13 with MO.

Now I consider going to a massage parlour in order to ease my fear of sexual contact. It's a parlour specialized in tantric (Tantra) massages. It's no brothel and explicitly doesn't involve sex. It's basically an erotic massage based on the tantra philosophy.

Now my question is: does any of you have experience with such massages? Is It recommendable? Does it help with PIED?

I've been having therapy sessions with a sexologist and she said it was a good idea! I'll do that once I reach my 90 days of no PMO.

Is a sexologist the same like a therapist?

I've been to a psychotherapist for years, but I always felt she doesn't know nowhere near enough about sexual matters. I always wanted to find a therapist who specializes in sexual problems (porn addiction, PIED, fear of sex and fear of approaching women, etc.), but have no idea where to find one. Would a sexologist be the kind of solution I'm looking for?

Yes, a sexologist is a psychologist who specializes in sex-related issues! Mine even know about the hazards of porn!

Answering to your question, the difference between a sexologist is like the difference between a psychiatrist and a psychologist. As for PIED I also used to be afraid of it as when I was a teenager I was watching too much porn on a daily basis. I was beginning to notice signs of PIED so a little panicked I decided it was time to do something about it. What I did was go to a tantric massage manchester parlor and the girls took care of my problems. I have never had erectile problems ever again.

Hi. I'd be happy to help you. I had a sad and bad experience in my life, after which I thought I would never want sex in my life.
