The Real Day 1 for me here

Hi, I'm Zero. I got into porn when I was 12 and it has changed a lot of things about my life. Addicted to a point where I was looking for new types of porn, masturbating at least once a day, it wasn't really apparent how it had affected me. But now in my early 30s, married, I can see the effect it is having on me, and I want to get my life back on track.

I've been trying to get over PMO for quite a while, but never really committed to it wholly. I realize that the only way to get over this is to really commit, and that the better way to do it would be seek the help of others who have done it or are in the process.

I'm not a forum animal, but I registered here today and started this post with the hope that I will one day get to the end of this tunnel. I want to do this well and do it right. I don't want to relapse again, and I hope I can make good on myself.
