Okay so this October 30th (2019), I ended my 47 day no PMO streak. I'm still truggling to fight the addiction, and that has been the longest I've been without it in 5 years. That's crazy. Even though I've fapped many times since then, I still have a lot of benefits due to my average nofap days/fapping days ratio increasing.

that last one is what I want to talk about, well I've always been secretly very charming and a smooth talker, with women especially. But porn took it away, and took it away hard (been PMOing since I was 15 years old, to now 23 years old).

This November however, I saw this beautiful blonde girl and was talking to her, she kept looking down at my chest, and lower, trying to keep her gaze at my eyes. I knew she was attracted to me due to this alone. So I came back later and we were talking about obstacle courses, (she works at a gym that I go to for training), I was like "oh yeah we should go together sometime"

She gives me a creepy smile, and goes like "maybe". And at that point, I tell her to give me her number, she goes like "okay" and pulls out her phone like she was possessed by the way I asked her. And so there you have it, I had her number.

I've only done something like this a few times before in my life, and they were all times I didn't fap. Well here's to never fapping again.

 

I would say my biggest consideration when failing, is thinking that I got this far, that I can control my lust now, and then I think, I have so much pent up sexual energy, why not just release it with a quick look at softcore images...that leads to eventually porn, or simply MO without porn.

Also if you feed your sex drive by doing the following: checking girls out lustfully, thinking sexual things, touching yourself in a sexual trance, looking at lustful things, despite not relapsing per se, this will all create pent up energy down in your genitalia, and it will HAVE TO COME OUT, so you'll either watch porn and masturbate, or it will increase the amount of wet dreams you have.

I got to day 47 without feeding my sex drive at all, don't feed it with lustful actions or thoughts, and it will not have to release itself.

 

Being on nofap, makes me confident, AND makes girls more attracted to me. I know because even before approaching girls, I notice them checkout me a ton more than when I'm not on nofap. After binge watching porn I've even seen girls go out of their way to not let their eyes land on me. Maybe it's my stance while walking that is more pronounced when on nofap, and maybe it's pheromones, regardless, even before talking to girls, or approaching them at all, they check me out more when on nofap.
