I dont have urges to PMO as i have urges to smoke (I've quit smoking 24 days). Whats it means?

I dont have that need to masturbate or watch porn.
I have a PMO problem, since I have PIED and dont have morning woods etc.

But having no urges set me an alert signal. I think Im literally have zero libido and this is tormenting me.

    What do you guys think?

It's called flatline, it's a good sign your healing, just relax and soon you will feel the urges coming back, when they do your almost healed.

  5. See the Rebooting documentation, which talks about flatlining. It's part of the process of healing. You might have a flatline, back to urges, back to flatline, back to urges, several times. Or might only happen once or twice. Everyone is different.

Healing gives all sorts of symptoms: flatline, depression, anxiety, confusion, and more. Welcome them, because they are all signs that you are healing!

When you stop smoking, all nicotine leaves your body within about three days. There is no physical addiction left. Therefore, your urge to smoke is entirely psychological — you believe that smoking helps you to feel better, but it's a nicotine con (nicotine makes you feel worse long-term, but gives you a temporary boost when you smoke, fooling you into thinking that it's helping). Also, after 24 days of not smoking, you should be past the worst of the coughing. Just keep it up. After a year, when you are feeling fitter, your taste buds work better, and your sense of smell has returned, you'll look back and wonder how you ever thought that putting that disgusting stuff in your mouth was OK!

Its so true man. I have been smoking since my 15s and staying that long without cigarretes made me realize that shit is really bad: make me stinks, destroy my taste and so on. Now im feeling a bit better about the nicotine urges.

I am actually happy. If im Healing, so everything im doing right now is right. And God know how much I wanna be healed, just to feel like a man again. Thank you for your response I really apreciate that. I am about to read the flatline documentations. I reading now a book of Noah B.E Church. I am trying to educate myself more and more about these subjects.

(sorry for my bad english, im trying to get better at it too)

Im about to enter the Gym next monday, so im very excited about. Thank you man for the tips :):)

  8. Remember to start slowly. Gyms make most of their money from people who don't go! If you start off too enthusiastically, your body could rebel.

Start slowly, build it up slowly, be patient, and you are more likely to make it a permanent habit.

    Well done.
