I am on my 7th day right now and I really like watching tv shows and movies. Currently watching The Witcher rn, I'm concerned about the sex scenes in the show I don't get any dopamine rush or boners but I sometimes skip them just to be sure. My anxiety and OCD is killing me rn saying that I have relapsed even though I know I didn't. Should I just go reset like, go fap once even with no desire for it whatsoever then just start over again without having to watch the show? I have OCD and my mind is killing me wanting this to be perfect, i need advices please

I don't see the problem. It's just a show. I watched it too. Don't feel bad about yourself. It's not porn.

Of course it's a relapse. And so is if you happen to come across a revealing picture online. Or if you see a good looking lady with revealing clothing. And god forbid if you dare to talk to them! In fact the very point of NoFap is to close yourself off from the world in order to never have any connection to any things sexual. The more radical ones cut off their dicks too.

I'm obviously being sarcastic. :D Look, I think one of the biggest (good) reasons to do NoFap is that in every addict's life there comes a point where their addiction starts to severely restrict their life. Severely restricting your life because of NoFap would thus be counterproductive. Sexuality is a normal part of life. In our culture it has become a very visible part too. Trying to avoid it altogether isn't a realistic goal.

I sense great temptation in you brother, good thing you came here! As others have said, you didn't relapse, but you must realize a relapse happens in your mind. You're fighting a powerful addiction linked to the most fundamental biological instinct(a fake version of it). So you must learn to seek and destroy every tempting thought as soon as it arises.
Otherwise, those will build up and grow stronger, making it harder and harder to resist. You've got to completely destroy all those urges until the time is right.
    Good luck!

Thanks for all your replies I am feeling so freaking much better! It's just that in my 6 months of trying, anxiety and OCD mostly gets me. Now I am more motivated than ever!
