Today marks day 7. It feels great now that I am on track.

    I had a question though

Here and there I'll catch something with my eye (no porn obviously but girls faces on TV here and there). I dont intentionally look but when I do i get slightly aroused and try to look away as fast as I can. I know this isn't a relapse. But sometimes here and there i also find myself fantasizing (just my mind). Not much but rarely.

Sometimes I'll be reading something and I'll look at a slightly triggering word (not really triggering but something simple like "girls" and I'll get aroused slightly, maybe it's just my mind but that's not a relapse right?

watching porn and masturbating is a relapse.
masturbating on it's own is a reset of your streak

    they are different :)

the approach i take is not even going near porn. that is to remove it's substitutes and anything related to it.
i skip sex scenes on movies and tv shows. i unfollowed all thots on instagram. i'm trying to develop willpower to not chase porn.

i'd find a girlfriend too if i had the money

Sounds good. I guess I’ve been doing it right then. Thanks for helping me make sure.

Those things are pretty much unavoidable. The point is not to follow the thoughts. That's why my personal goal is 'not to indulge in sexual fantasy'. I couldn't say 'no sexual fantasy' because it's impossible to stop the thoughts arising in the mind. It's nothing to worry about at all. If you were actively seeking out those little thrills, that would be very risky, but the fact that your mind is mometarily attracted to them is not important. You should feel encouraged that you're aware of what your mind is doing.
