I think I am hitting more than 50days now. New record in my life(except the days before teenage). The only problem is i cant sleep even late even at midnight 4am. I am sure if I do PMO once i can sleep well. But 50days is a mile stone that push me going for 90 or a year. just dont want to waste that motivation

Truely thankful for the forum. I think that is why we all exist here and encourage each others. Right now I am thinking to read some old post. See if I can get tired of it and go bad.

This is some age old advice: When you go to sleep, wear two pairs of pants. This helps prevent you from touching, or wanting to touch when you randomly wake up.
Insomnia due to horniness is something I struggle with too when I have a high score. The only thing I can think of is just don't go to sleep if your body doesn't want to sleep. This'll force you to stay up all night, but at least your body is getting the message.

well i can relate to this. I always waking up horny and my D always want to get out from my pants to search for V to cum on. Get out and socialize is the key. Bed is the special place to easily get horny. no need P, with M you can sleep well caused by the endorphin production, but better not to do it.

After 5 months no P (M and O relapsed every 1-2 week in average after my longest streak 86 days no MO) finally i can sleep 8 hours

I dont know but to me. I watch P 24/24 and no amount of sleep is okay. But when i read a book, 2 hrs is too much to handle. I recommend reading a book lol :)))

Not to be negative here but wearing 2 pairs of pants isn't going to stop a raging porn addict from touching his stuff.

Also I strongly disagree with your advice about staying up all night. Sleep is vital to your reboot, I have a few links to some videos you should watch (if your interested, of course). Sleep allows our brain to refresh itself and more importantly, get rid of any excess Tau.

Tau is what lingers in the brain if we don't get enough sleep. It's what causes tiredness, lack of motivation, moodiness and also affects our memory.

I have had a chronic sleep disorder for 8 years now and I Relapse the most when I'm suffering with lack of sleep.

There's several things you can do to counter this. I cant list them all for you but do some research into improving your sleep in general and I guarantee you will see results.

    1. Reduce blue light 3 hours before sleep. I put the night light on my phone from say 5pm and switch it off completely at 7pm. I watch TV but use blue light blocking glasses. This was a game changer for me.
    2. Consume high tryptophan foods on an evening. Tryptophan can be found in many foods: turkey, beef, pork, chicken, nuts, some fruits and plays a huge role in our sleep patterns. Ever hear about people eating too much Christmas dinner and falling asleep? That's the tryptophan from the turkey.
    3. Exercise. This helps you in all areas of your life including sleep. I don't do anything extreme but I get at least 15/20 minutes in a day. Light weights, pushups, stretches.. It's enough to keep me in shape and help towards my sleep.
    4. Try supplements and lavender oil. These aren't going to put you to sleep as such but when combined with all of the above can be quite usual. Ashwaganda root is good for relaxing the mind. You can buy lavender as an essential oil and simply apply it to your pillow before sleep.
    5. Make sure your bedroom is cool and the bedding you have is breathable. This might not be such a problem right now but summer time is the equivalent to hell for me as I am hypersensitive to light, heat and noise. The perfect temperature for sleep is between 16°c and 18°c.

Follow these steps and your sleep will 100% improve.

I usually sleep with only underware. I dont think I am good to go for 2 pants. But the whole concept is right. is just like cut off all internet access or remove the bedroom door. Different peoples for different approach. If I have a good mindset to prevent relapse that will not necessary to scarifies anything to achieve the goal

I find that when I am tossing and turning it's because I have too much tension/energy in my body. Just lay on your back in a reasonably comfortable position. With each inhale you put your awareness on some area of tension in your body and imagine there is an air valve in the center of that tension. With each exhale you imagine the breath is leaving out the air valve and taking all the tension in that area with it. Do this twice for each area.

So for example, I would begin at the eyes. I'd inhale, bringing my awareness to the tension around my right eye, and imagine a valve in the center of my eye. With the exhale I'd imagine all the tension around my right eye is leaving out the valve with the breath. Then do this once more before going to the left eye, then the right jaw, then the left jaw. Usually I don't even make it to my feet before I fall asleep.

Something to watch out for is to not break your body down into too many parts or else it'll just take too long to release enough tension to fall asleep. I usually do on for the upper arm, one for the lower, one each hand, 2 points down either side of my back, etc, etc. My biggest points of tension are the neck/shoulders and hips so I usually spend more time there. You'll find the best for yourself the more you do it.

Blacking out your room is extremely important so getting blackout blinds, or putting garbage bags on your windows, or even just buying a sleep mask is also a good idea.

Wearing two pairs of pants is a sure way to make your balls sweat.

Having hot balls will reduce your testosterone production. Google it.

I sleep completely naked and it isn't a trigger.
