flatline and wet dream

Nofap worked very very well for my ED problem, I had sex multiple times and I got more random erections which was awsome. However, I am now on day 200 something and I am in a flatline with no random erections or morning wood, this has been going on for 3 weeks now and it is frustrating. However, last night I had a wet dream and I woke up directly after that. However, no erection, just a flaccid dick with wet underwear.

What do you think about this?

 

I think that you are right, because always when I am able to get erections, I overdo it ... I think I am going to take it a bit easy,

 

There are people flatlining after 1 or 2 years...

 

After day 60 I was able to have sex! I wrote this post this morning and now it is evening here in The Netherlands and I was able to get oral sex from a girl and I was able to stay hard and come which felt good. So I think problem is curinv itself... however, i will se this girl tomorrow too but then I will not have sex or something, I think overdoing it is what takes you back into the flatline

 

Yes exactly about the same time so second week ir something till day 50 or 60 and right after that I was able to have sex

 

Haha would be awsome but to be honest, when you can have sex it is not that you are cures forever, it is not a straight line but a rollercoaster. I noticed this too, I am able to have sex then flatline and ED again, then sex again and then ED again.

 

Little update: Last night I was able to have sex. Guess the problem solves itself. I have to be patient and follow this path. I fantasized a lot last weeks, quit that completely now, maybe that is what helped me
