So i made some days without PMO at all, but my record was 10, than 5/4 and so on, one week i returned to PMO really hard like old abits
The February was an experiment i saw that i'm really addicted to PMO. Now is time to stop, i saw some benefits for a while(first 10 days) and i want then back, so i'm sure i can control my life once again and become that "Version of Me" that i don't know but want to be. Here i am, 08/03/2020 start over again. Last time i did PMO 4 times this Friday and last night just MO before sleep without imagination about girls or anything else, just me and my Soldier.

Day 1 about to be completed, had terrible dreams last night, horrible stuff... hope it was just dreams tho. I have a few hard things to do now, wish me luck fellas...

IMPORTANT NOTE

So guys, i'm leaving, the note is in the end of the main post. I just feel that i need to move on with my life, its not about the relapses, i'm actually fine with that, my life is doing great, its just that i dont feel the need to be coming here anymore, all i could do i did, and i hope this thread can live on and benefit others.
