This is probably very recognizable to a lot of us - it certainly is to me. But if you'd do PM after this meeting that you had with that client, the PM'ing really wouldn't have anything to do with that contact that you had. You would turn something real, a moment of connection and the excitement and giddiness of that, and then turn away from that and engage in something fake and lonely. I know that in your head it seems related, like you're gonna continue the excitement, but what it will actually do is take you away from that feeling of connectedness and excitement and destroy it.

You should take the lingering feeling of that moment with your client and use it to do something fulfilling and meaningful. Use the energy that it gave you to go for a walk, or do some exercises, or write or make some art if you're into that, or call up some friends or family or go out and meet them. Or just be home and enjoy the feeling and know that it will return in your life sooner or later and you can always tap in that energy.

In a few hours am gona break through my 30 day limit. Like I have never exceed day 30 without relapsing. NoFap has really helped. Cause knowing am in a community were all of us are fighting the same war. Has motivated me to keep in check and under control. Coming here and reading qoutes and stories of other people. Is like fuel that keep me from replacing again.
The battle is still on. And I will keep fighting untill I win.

I had a wet dream last night. Othervise neutral day, not good or bad. Thinking starting taking tyrosine for dopamine, any thoughts? What I understand flatlining is result of weakened dopamine receptors because of long continued addictive behaviour. The best action to heal this imbalance is to withstand the flatline and let yourself get bored rather than seek immidiate dopamine burst for whatever it happens to be. I still have a long way to go and everything feels worthless and colourless. My anxiety has been been fluxuating and mind filled with negative thoughts. I feel very uneasy and cant think straight or be efficient in my daily tasks. Just some things that has been on my mind recently.

  8. Day 3. I'm going to overcome this. I don't care how long it takes me, or how many setbacks I have - I'm not giving up, not ever. Someday I will die, and I will not die as a pitiful, desperate, out-of-control porn addict. I just won't. I feel this in my bones. I'm never ever giving up.

Let the urges come, let them go. Let the temptations and frustrations and bad breaks happen, and then let them go. We do not need to hold onto this false escape, this self-destructive crutch. We can be better. We have this life, and no matter how much we've fucked up in the past, we still have today to improve ourselves, to heal our minds and bodies, to repair the damage, and to unburden our souls from this weight.

Like the saying says - "If not today, when?" Today IS the day, friends. This day, right now. We make a choice. We must all make a choice how we want to go forwards. It may be a painful choice, a hard choice, but it is within our power to make it. WE have agency over our lives. WE decide how we want to live it. WE control what we see, what we think, and how we act.

No matter how challenging it may all feel sometimes, look deep within you, and you will find your inner power. It's there. Maybe it's shrouded in layers of guilt, shame, sadness, frustration. Keep looking. It's in there, deeper perhaps. Feed that power. Nurture it. Help it grow so that the light, which may be just a dim spark at first, will one day brighten into a blazing sun that burns away the darkness.

How’s it going family just checking in it’s been awhile. I was battling porn a second. It was weird. Like a energy that came on me. Instead of facing it I was asking why. Which is a mistake I’ve made I. The past. Just as quickly as it came it went. So I’m grinding again taking things one day at a time. I hope everyone is doing well. Stay focused and keep stepping forward no matter what obstruction temporarily directs you off your path.

    My opinion about Coronavirus.
This is just the beginning. I am guessing millions will be infected. Be prepared for what is coming and that is a huge economic crisis. But first, worry about the health of you and your loved ones.

About protection and what can you do, do all this stuff on this image that @1313 shared + avoid contact with other people in general, not only with the sick ones. We have to face 2 - 3 difficult months (unless scientist find some solution, vaccine or something)
Don't go out if you don't have to, and avoid any gatherings, don't go on birthdays, parties, or stuff like that. Only for some time, this virus will pass like everything else and we will be able to return to live our normal lives soon.

The most important thing, this virus does not have high death rate for now. Many are successfully cured. That means that your body can beat it, but you have to help your body. Boost your immunity. Eat as many fruits and vegetables as you can, take vitamins, take cold showers, workout, all this stuff are good for immunity. + All this stuff can help you in reboot.

Good luck guys, and take care of yourself.

    Day 4 No M,
    Day 74 No P

The reason I mentioned for you guys try not to panic is because this is a vulnerable moment for all people. My company already sent a message to all employees that we are to work from home for the next few weeks at the least. As you all are aware - staying home for prolonged periods of time + stress from the virus situation and everything else in your life you may be stressed with could easily steer you towards relapse and bingeing. DON'T DO IT! This is a true test of your abilities and willpower! But it will pass and you will come out even stronger! Try to not get depressed! Try to socialize as much is allowed and possible in your area. Play a game, read a book, watch a movie, do that project that you constantly postpone, learn to code or anything else that you can learn at home or online :) That is my plan at least! The thing I am most sad about is, that most gyms are going to be closed soon as well :D I will have to think of home workouts :D Keep going! Don't stress too much and definitely don't panic! Turn to this forum if you have issues and we will be here for you guys!
