    What have been integral books in your NoFap (as well as other self improvement efforts) experience?

    “The Power of Now,” Eckhart Tolle
    “You Are Not Your Brain”, Jeffrey Schwartz and Rebecca Gladding
    “Your Brain on Porn,” Gary Wilson

    Not to be rude, but there are sooooo many threads on this exact same subject. You should try searching for them before posting. I swear, I see this exact same thread pop up like once a week.
