Every time i see the clock the numbers are the same

It means you are present in the moment. For many people time goes by fast, and the reason for this is because people are thinking too much into the future.

An example of this is your childhood. Typically as a child time went by very slow and a year felt like a decade. This is because the child doesn't care about future events, and if anything, care about what activities are upon them for the day.
