If you find yourself staring...

When you see a girl with a big ole ass, what do you do? Do you get overly stimulated and stare as much as you can? Or do you punish youself, saying "shame on me for noticing"?

Both of those reactions are unproductive.

First, it's obviously wrong to creep. Do NOT go around with the sole intent of seeing some ass, or whatever it may be. This is degrading, both to yourself and whoever you're staring at. It is unnatural and should be counted as a relapse.

But if you're minding your own buisness, walking down the street, whatever, and you organically come across something arousing? It doesn't do you any good to punish youself for accidentally looking; it's a natural reaction. Beating youself up over it will just make you feel bad, when you have no reason to.

To prevent both of these situations, I propose to you...

The 3-2-1 rule.

You're walking down the street, BAM! You see a girl in yoga pants showing off. As as you notice that you're looking, begin to count down in your head. "3..2..1.." and as soon as you're done, look away.

This prevents you from 1) arousing yourself too much, maybe leading to relapse 2) being a creep 3) unnecessarily feeling guilt or shame for having noticed.

It's natural to notice and appreciate a woman, it's never okay to stare, creep, or stalk. This approach reinforces that.

Remember... as SOON as you find yourself looking: "3..2..1.." look away.

Good point, yeah. This is just the rule I use myself. Beginning of reboots are the WORST.
