I'm soon to be 20 years old within 1.5 months. I started to masturbate at age 10 and since then I'm a largely frequent masturbater. I'm largely relying on pictures rather than porn, which is rather new and rare to me. I can stand for too long, I often see around two hours when I masturbate, because I frequently "start-stop" during masturbation. I'm also into semen retention; I don't ejaculate everytime I masturbate, sometimes I can go three sessions in a row before I ejaculate (frequently accounts for between 5-9 days at total), with my record being 5.

Almost nine and half years of excessive masturbation gave me procrastination disease, anxiety, low self-esteem (it's actually bumpy), physically weak body, inability to meet with girls, notably lower memory and an unhealthy skin and so on. Glad semen retention made me recover at least slightly, but I want more as I'm tired of walking at the edge of some bad mental status'.

I also have a pregnant admire/fetish. I acknowledge that it is very out of ordinary even while I'm getting excited when I see real girls, and none of 8 girls in high school that I fell in love were pregnant. It is also born from something unrelated to porn, it actually originates from a cartoon that I used to watch many many times I think. I don't think that's a very big problem -at least for now- since I don't stare at pregnant women in street and I only masturbate in my room at nights.

Any advices and opinions will be welcomed.

Hi and welcome to the community

I would recommend you to stay in touch with members and read their success stories. You may also learn tricks to avoid the short-term pleasure and to face the temptations.

Be AWARE of your habits and control what you see and what/who you spend your time with.

It's also important to limit the usage of social media. In addition, never be free! Use your free time as much as possible and do sports, exercise, attend classes, etc.

This video contains everything that you need to know about porn addiction. Lastly, here is a collection of ways to deal with the urges which worked great for me.

֍ You got this my friend ֍

I have been struggling with PMO for a while too. I believe that fetishes are over exaggerated in porn. Trying to move away from porn has been one of the hardest journeys for me that I am still going through. Much of the negative side effects you experience can be remedied by stopping porn and (with the added free time you have) going to the gym, learning a new skill, hanging out with good friends, learning to cook, and many other health activities. These should help brighten your day rather than darken it. Good luck!

  4. Welcome, Scorcher.
That's a bad idea. When you masturbate but don't complete, it enhances the addiction pathways in your brain. It's better to have a quick masturbation and orgasm than it is to masturbate without orgasm.

But, whatever you do, don't use porn! It's important to stop using porn immediately.
Semen retention and transmutation are myths. When you don't ejaculate, your body simply gets rid of old semen before it goes rotten using natural processes, and then replaces it. Please don't be fooled by this.

If you want to recover, you must start with a proper 90-day hard reboot (no masturbation, no porn). After that, you may choose to continue. Or, if you choose to masturbate, do it occasionally, finish with an orgasm, do it only for sexual relief (not for stress relief), and never use porn. Also, never masturbate if you have a sexual partner. This is the fastest way to recover.
Once you have completed your 90-day hard reboot, you may find that your fetish starts to disappear. You won't know until you've done it.

    Good luck

First of all, thanks for every reply that came by this reply is written.
Yo, I agree with that. I was only masturbating thinkg about solely pregnant women till recent year, but I accidentally clicked into one site and now there is some pregnant lesbian couple fantasies inside, and that is very annoying for me (not into homophobic argument, but I literally feel like this).

I don't mean edging, I just don't play the game like orgasm is a must.
This actually originates from my researches about semen retention. I know Taoist remedies allows married couples to ejaculate every 15 days, I was originally trying to do something similar, reducing both masturbation and ejaculation frequency with a task of going as up as one masturbation per two weeks and one ejaculation per ten weeks in a long term. As I'm positive into marriage, I planned that I could adapt a similar routine into marriage with more frequent sex and a similarly rare ejaculation frequency.
I have no personal problems with that fetish. Instead, and much interestingly, that somehow made me understand them. Never did a way extensive research about pregnancy like I did into sexual topics, software (the field that I'm studying at college now) or something; but I managed to read those texts while seeking for that pictures, at as early as age 12! At age 19 I have one of deepest understands, respects and admires to them. Of course, I live every feeling myself inside, and my family knows that and supports me at this point.
Let me realer; I was actually thinking that I was doing something wrong till I talked this topic with my mother:D.
I don't think it will totally go away, as it is something below mild and not until I let it I have an erect; but I think it is a great deal to see if something happens after straight three months.

    Again, thanks for all:emoji_raised_hands:
