You do not need to worry about others.
You need to become a better man.
If his doctor asked him if he was on steroids, he probably had a good reason, ie, he was taking steroids.
Read up on testosterone from online articles. There is little one can do to alter it, but a healthy diet and exercise contributes to keeping it healthy.
