    Unfortunately , relapsed today I was facing so much temptation and urges since last week and today I couldn't control...
    But there is a positive note that I have reached so far at 137 days, earlier I reached only 30 days ....
    So after gaining lot of motivation , I am again starting NoFap journey to complete 365 days...
