HELL WEEK | Self Improvement Challenge

    NOFAP BOOTCAMP
    Focused on Self Improvement.

    What's stopping you from being who you want to be? Are you willing to put in the effort. What better moment than NOW?
    Do you have what it takes to survive a HELL WEEK?

    CHALLENGE STRUCTURE
    • Six days of Planned Hell.
    • One day of planned Rest.
    • Each Hell Day requires you to work on all 3 aspects: Physical,Spiritual /Mental, Work/Academics.
    • You are required to have a wake/sleep routine.
    • You are required to have a workout plan for the week.
    • You are required to spend time reading scripture/praying/meditating daily.
    • You are required to work ceaselessly acquiring skill/work /knowledge /academics.
    • Zero Procrastination, no Netflix,phone scroll time < 20 min.
    The last day of the week is Rest day and you are free to do anything.

    How to Start?
    A dream without a plan is just wishful thinking.


    • Post your plan for the HELL WEEK. One that you know will push you to your limits.
    • And simply get it done for 6 consecutive days.
    • If you fail to deliver on your strict plan, take a day's rest, and try again.
    On successful Completion of your HELL WEEK, your name will be added to the Hall of Fame.
    You may complete your HELL WEEK again and get additional Stars and mention added.

    Lol don't know if I like the sound of "hell" but this looks interesting. I need some more structure, especially around phone use. Not sure exactly what to plan, so don't count me in just yet. I'll keep an eye out for ideas.

  4. I am in. Since I am working hard at the moment . I will probably take Saturday this week and will start writing here structures, plans as you required . Let's get it .

  6. My everyday schedule is . Wake up naturally . Breakfast . 4 hours of academics, 30m meditation, 2 hours of learning a foreign language, a workout, socialising time with family and friends . Going to bed is 10 pm .

    I didn't include my other meals, basically I eat 5 times a day . Sleep is 10 pm, but sometimes I can go to sleep earlier from tiredness. I usually wake up at 7 am nowadays, but didn't won't to have an alarm, so I want to get up naturally . 6:30 - 7:30 it will be. More, I would love to enjoy a 20 minute nap around the meditation if I can .

    Seems great to me. Be sure to exclude mindless scroll time. Checking in everyday till you make the week would be ideal. Or you could go AWOL, your choice

  10. Soo.. I am really afraid!! But let's just go.. I WILL do this!
    (I don't know if my plan will look like something serious to you or complete the requirements of the challenge.. Because my work schedule is fluid.. I need to be available to people all the times and it really depend on them how much they will be contacting me.. So I just went with my gut's hell)

    Household: cleaning + 2 times dishes
    Reading: Quran... Book (the one I started last week and more) ... Chemistry studies
    Work: complete the to-do lists ON TIME (+1day)
    Exercise: 10.minute walk + 15 minute yoga..
    Wake up time: 8:30AM
    Sleep time: 11:00PM

    Starting from tomorrow.. Go, go, go...!!!!!!!

  12. Oppsss.. Not a hellish day..
    Woke up at 8:30
    No achieving the reading and exercise goals..
    Household and work only..

    Well.. Tomorrow is near.. I will be there.. It will be hellish!!! Go!!

  15. Sooo... Nope.. Not today.. But when I see outside my window.. The darkness of night.. Going away with the shadows of today! I know what will replace it!
    A new day.. A new chance..
    The one that I will turn hellish!!!

  17. Did everything in the list except yoga and sleep time.. Both have justified reasons.. So I will count it a hellish day.. Don't stop me from this or I will pout!!!!!

    It was going as planned but one call turned way longer than I expected and I was avoiding that one for some time because I knew it was gonna be tough! So, yeah!! A HELLISH day!

  20. Today was not a success either.. And I felt like I need to revise my plan a little bit. Make it a bit more flexible. Because my routine is so fluid.
    But not today... Also Ramazan has started. While I have a plan for that.. I need to tweak it too.. So, tomorrow... Here I come!!!
