Then you will feel aA delicate feeling,for example you are itchy, or you think I can't stop I 'm going to fap. Be careful! This is a withdrawal reaction, the thoughts aren't you, It's the demon inside!How to deal with it? You should repeat this sentence: When you start, you stop. When you don't start, you feel. When you don't start, you feel nothing. Or you can read the Bible,(In China we read Buddhist scriptures it really works) Second you should look through NOFAP forums daily and write down the good sentence. This is an imperceptible process, by constantly learning the experience and harm of successful people, your mind will be purified, and very few bad thoughts will come into being.
    #2About the plan. You can first set up a little goal like 90 days. That because 90 days is a cycle in which your brain restarts. I won't say much about this. Second, take up a hobby like Bodybuilding or reading. Keep on it! Third look through the NOFAP forums or other articles about the way to quit porn or the bad influence about fapping. This is the most important! You shouldn't spend a long time read the articles in one day in other words you should read articles about 20 minutes but keep on it every day.

    Daily pt done. I thought about the trigger control. In the military this means how to shoot straight and every boot would learn in the basic training. In Nofap means how to control urges. If this is a habit then the way to do it has to be simple, easy and without thinking. A common practice from the course we're using tells the rule of 3:
    1. Acknowledge the trigger
    2. Have a smile (I added)
    3. Come back to the reality
    Is that simple. If this world has full of triggers, to squeeze or not to squeeze is up to me.

    Counting 3 more HELL days In. Total HELLMODE days 14.
    • Waking up 6 sharp
    • Morning routine of wim hoff breathing, stretching, kegels, fasted bodyweight workout (except on rest day), breakfast.
    • Quran Reading
    • Study time
    Trouble sleeping, feeling exhausted, and anxious throughout the day.
    Gonna rest for tomorrow, enjoy a movie. Start again from Monday.

    Also I need a pair of earphones!! Ahh

    Finally worked again today, it is still far the moment in which I will work as before, but I enjoyed having again work to do.
    And obviously do it as an hell mode require.
    Same goes for workout and academics.

    Daily pt is done. Received some new plans but apparently affected by this pandemic. I'll keep an open mind and be safe out there.
    Some DV cases are increasing in the U.K. NY has reached someone dies in every 2 min. My state is on alert. Will see soldiers around. If necessary, I'd also be called for a supportive role.

    Academics are going good as effort, just felt a bit stucked with understanding, but I will overcome also this little obstacle.
    Other went easily.
    I don't say it anymore, but of course woke up early as always in this 2020 :)
