I've read and listened to that chapter on audio several times and it's awesome. Applying the principle in Think and Grow Rich has helped me a ton. I'm reading How to Have Confidence and Power in Dealing with People by Giblin and Midas Touch by Trump and Kiyosaki. Recently finished How to Win Friends and Influence People by Carnegie.

Those books have helped me climb out of the hole that PMO dug for me. It's definely accelerated getting over social anxiety cause by porn. Mostly, it was a desire that these books have me that helped kick this addiction to the curb.

Sex transmutation is something that keeps getting stronger in me as I continue with my streak. It's helped me overcome so many fears in just 40 days. Keep going man! It's so worth it!

I'm reading the Heartmath Solution. It has an new approach on how to deal with stressors in one's life and how to utilize the wisdom within yourself. For me, porn was a way to deal with stress. So, I have been open to ideas of how to deal with it in other ways. Also, just read Breaking the Cycle, an interesting read written by a former sex addict. Good book for understand why one becomes a sex addict and techniques on how to start your recovery.

  9. Reading ''the Organized Mind'' by Daniel J. Levitin. Great read on how the mind works and what kind of activities (like decision-making, multi-tasking a.k.a. task switching, etc.) are exhaustive to the mind. Also offers alot of tips on how to organize your life (and essentially your mind) better so that you don't suffer from this cognitive exhaustion as much.
I believe this could also help with nofap. When you're cognitively exhausted (even when you don't really notice it yourself; it's a fact that, even when awake, parts of the brain enter a sleeping mode) you're much more susceptible to triggers and giving in to your impulses. A rested and sharp mind hightens your chances of resisting those awful temptations.

I have on my laptop the "The Power of Now" e-book by Eckhart Tolle... It's helping me when I feel down.
I'm also reading science fiction novels and short stories, especially from the Hugo Prizes, before sleep.
In my other apartment I have "High Hopes" by Charles Dickens (I'm reading a chapter a day) and "Think And Grow Rich"

  11. I read a book about Remove Negative Thinking yesterday - it's stuff I've heard before but it was useful to try and reinforce. I've had some negative thinking today so I'm noticing it and just trying to plan how to sort things out.

I've just downloaded a copy of The Art of War by Sun Tzu. Love me a bit of the ol' chinese!
