You should find a girlfriend and set a schedule to hold marriage.
Sex is just for bearing children.

I would absolutely consider having sex! as long as it is real. Like with another person. But thats me. You need to ask yourself that question.

I think sex is good. That's the whole goal for me, I want a good sex life and not porn which is a bad substitute. Right now I'm like 9 months no porn and one of the reasons I've gotten this far is that I spent about two months with a girl early on my journey and having sex with her helped me separate from porn. I enjoy sex so much more than porn it was beneficial for me to be with her. So if you can have sex I think it's a good option.

 

For me depend what you want if you want to be completely reboot abstain from sex this will trigger you level of testosterone and come more motivated
