Watched porn without masturbation after a reboot. My question is did I relapse? If so then why don’t I masturbate and start all over. Any advice?

big mistake. watching porn makes masturbation a lot more tempting. its not a relapse imo, but its a very strong motivator for one.

Agreed! Also, you’re getting dopamine by looking at porn. It’s creating an anticipation for it. You’ve already started convincing yourself that you “might as well masturbate.” You’re justifying it in your head. Looking at porn wasn’t a relapse. But you are now standing on the edge of a relapse.

I'd say it depends on which addiction you're targeting. If you're trying at all to get rid of a porn addiction, then looking at porn is a relapse, there's nothing to it. If you're just trying to quit masturbating, I suppose you could say it's not a relapse, but even then you're pushing it. As ahighertruth said, you'll be tempting yourself to masturbate.
But given that this is a site largely targeted at ending porn addiction, and you've said that you don't want to ever look at porn again, looking at porn is absolutely a relapse.
As for whether or not it damaged your reboot, it certainly didn't help and it almost definitely hurt. It can depend on how long you watched it and some other factors like that, but bottom line it still activated the same pathways in your reward center that you're trying to starve.
This is not to say that you can't meet your goals! You got this!
