It is the number of days I am clean of PMO, not the number of days in lockdown.

Day no. 10. Yesterday it was a bit tricky... had some emotional burden I felt really weird as if my brain was trying no to push me towards a P but to kind of slowly change the path of its reasoning. I find it as a 1st spoon of pain that is somewhere deep withing me that I've swallowed. Each spoon is bitter and hard to take but each spoon slowly emptys the pot... a "pain pot". Today tho what great day! had fantastic work out.. trimmed me beard and feel really manly and good! Cheers lads! Stay strong and positive!!

  14. Just had a relapse as well. Don't be too hard on yourself. It's a fresh start. This journey is not a sprint, recovery is a process. Therefore pat yourself on the back for how far you've come.

  15. thanku man! and u're right "recovery is a process" i like that!

    Yea i agrre
    So so right...
It is a process...one that we must trust.
We must trust the process and not ourselves...at not yet.
I say this because pmo has officially taken over our brain and replace any constructive activity that we would be doing if we didnt have this behavior.
Meaning that it wont be wise to go a few days and trust yourself to continue on that course automatically.
Our brain is now an indisciplined pupil that will indulge in rule breaking if not properly monitored.
Which means we have to trust the process of daily monitoring our actions and forcefully doing activities which we know is constructive until it becomes a habit that the brain automatically thinks of when we have idle time.
Relapse is none of our faults.
We are out of control, and it takes time to gain some level of control.
So no matter what...accept, smile, and then move on.
Nobody said this would be easy.
