    Signing in day 0 again. I thought: I relapsed yesterday, might as well do it again today. Stupid! Fortunately I reduced the damage by exiting early.

    I can relate to this post, and think the same way. Clean streak or no streak! No P means absolutely no nudity etc. to me.

    Lets both make it to 90 days, brother. We don't need that stuff that makes us unhappy!!! Dangit! Id almost hate myself for relapsing but luckily I know better than that.

    I've done this before. Why is it so much harder now? I need to find the answer to that question, I think.

    I didn't give in to temtation. So happy about it! Today should be much easier as always after rainy days sumshine comes up. You stay strong too! Every fall is a foundation of success! I've noticed that once you win a batlle you're getting stronger and more confident to win a whole war. Win each battle and become capable worrier. Keep your head up!

    Today is day 6 of Nofap, I'm sorry I forgot to post yesterday, so let me brief you on what happened. For the first time in ages, I worked out, which is not what I typically do. I just had so much energy so I had to do something. Part of the reason I didn't post, is because I wanted to test how I would feel if I wasn't in front of a screen all day. And I have to say it feel amazing today I woke up and felt good, usually I would have sore eyes and need a coffee to wake up. But not today!! As far as benefits go I have a lot of energy to do stuff, mental clarity(which goes with not feeling that PMO guilt all day) , smelling air better(and I know this sounds strange) and I pay attention to things more. And urges?? Well, not a lot only random images I sometimes see in my head of naked woman and porn but I usually just forget about in a few seconds. And finally, things I've done to prevent relapsing. Limiting my screen time to 1 hour a day(this excludes the online classes I take whiles in quarantine), Not being on social media(This is one of my big triggers) Taking cold showers, meditation(4 times a day for 15 minutes, which is how long I can concentrate whiles doing it and I'm working on improving it), doing yoga or just a stretching routine, just walking for 15-20 minutes a day, not watching Netflix or tv and lastly reading a book. And I've realized that you don't always have to be entertained If your bored just sit or go look at nature or your garden and appreciate the beauty of the earth. For anyone starting out or have been doing NoFap keep that energy within you and good luck. BTW I've updated my NoFap day counter to 6 days, I have not on nofap for 61 days it's when I first

  14. I'm just hazarding a guess but it's probably out of boredom or feeling a victim of being socially isolated during this pandemic. I relapse mainly because I get whoa is me feelings and want to make myself feel better with a dopamine blast from PMO. Sadly, it usually just lowers my self esteem which makes me want to do it again to relieve that tension. I agree and accept your challenge, let's make it to 90 days this time around. I have been off and on with this for about 6 years so it's about bloody time for me anyway. Good luck brother! We can do this with a clean steak only all the way!!! :)

    Lifestyle: No caffeine or alcohol and reduced desserts

    I need to be honest here for a minute with you all and maybe what I say can help some of you. I have slowly been falling off the wagon to some degree or another on all 4 or my vices listed above that I am trying to reduce or quit. The only thing I am doing well and consistent is weight lifting. Over the past year or so, I have been slipping back into those bad habits such as peeking at porn or porn subs (to get a dopamine fix but usually avoiding M or O in order to not break my steak), drinking caffeinated beverages such as tea coffee pop etc. and binge drinking alcohol on occasion about once a month on average. The end result of my backslide and lack of self-discipline is not good for my health. I got the results of my blood test for PSA levels (Prostate Specific Antigen) yesterday and it was back up to 6.9 which is high for someone my age (57). By making lifestyle changes I post daily, I got it down to 2.1 about a year ago. 6.9 is back to where it was before I made these lifestyle changes such as removing PMO and edging, seriously reducing caffeinated coffee, tea or drinking any booze. I believe the big culprit of screwing up my PSA numbers is PMO, especially edging for hours. Don't fool yourself everyone, excessive PMO'ing has repercussions on your health, especially your prostate which is basically the pump to send out the semen when you ejaculate. When you get to 50 yo and above, your prostate enlarges naturally and chronic PMOing makes it enlarge even more. When this happens, it basically chokes your urethra and doesn't allow urine to flow freely out of you when peeing. The end result is waking up and peeing often through out the night which sucks because it messes with you having a good sleep. Alcohol also irritates the prostate and makes symptoms worse and so does caffeine (or any diuretic drink).

    Good news, is I am back on the wagon now and am more determined than ever to do this nofap challenge once and for all and stop my self-destructive behaviour and slowly destroying my health and marriage with PMO. I will also be more self-disciplined at not drinking any caffeinated beverages or alcohol too. Booze often leads to relapses for me anyway and caffeine makes me hyper and takes me out of being in the moment. I can do this and must do this or face the health consequences.

    Sorry for the long rant but I hope this kind of info is a wake up call for everyone and makes people realize there are actual negative health repercussions to a lifetime of fapping (like I have done for 43 years) so quit while you still have your health. Don't wear out your reproductive equipment or burn out the pleasure center of your brain with super stimulants like porn. Keep it real with people not screens and for your partners pleasure!
