    Great post except for the latter part's wording and ending. If you specifically tell people not to do something, it can have the adverse effect.
    Let's try it..

    Instead finish of with;

    Just don't think about being the best version of yourself.

    Don't think about having a great athletic physique that is from your hard work pushing yourself physically,eating and sleeping well.

    Don't think about getting a lot of work done.

    Don't think about helping others and making your loved ones feel even more loved and cherished,just don't!!

    As you say,we ARE stronger than we think,so keep busy guys and keep making gains!!

  7. Yes I have and I have noticed I am fitter than I used to be. Also I have more integrity of getting things done. Plus I have got a lot more done than back in the day when I was a porn addict.

    I realise I have wasted so much of my time when I was an addict.

    Day 21 yes!!! 2 more days until my record for no pmo.

    400 pushups in 2 days completed.
    Daily morning routine : 100 using a footstool
    Evening : 100 pushups using the stairs.

  16. Still at 0 lol... Going from 7 months not being able to go a week. Pretty pathetic to be honest. Does anyone know of a APP that prevents you from uninstalling other apps?
    I want to keep myself from uninstalling covenant eyes on my phone. I can give a family member a password that I wouldn't know so I literally couldn't even if I wanted to.
    Any advice/tips? Thanks guys.

    I recently installed an app for unwanted adds and popup redirects that I kept receiving whenever I used Google and YouTube.
    It solved the problem quickly because it shows where the adds and popups are coming from and lists the apps you last opened yourself or were opened without your knowledge,so you know and can uninstall them.
    Now I have no more annoying popups!

    This could help you and others here who may have annoying popups. It will keep you more focussed,but it does not prevent you from uninstalling apps.

    The app is called Popup Ad Detector and is highly rated.
    You have done this challenge for 7 months successfully. You can do this!!

    Porn ruins lives, degrades others and turns people into internet zombies scaryyyyyy!!!!
