    Almost a month to my NoFap Journey, And I relapsed(PMO) 2 times.
    {2 times PMO in last 32 days}
    The last time I relapsed was 2 days ago....
    So, this recent reboot is pretty much intolerable!
    Is it a part of my rewiring process? Is it my Flatline?
    -I'm feeling low
    -I'm watching comedy videos a lot.
    -No energy
    -Lack of Motivation
    -Can't concentrate on studies
    -Sleeping more than usual

    Depends, flatline includes little to no arousal or urges. If you can get easily aroused its probably not a flatline.

    Hi brother.

    This is not a flatline, this is a relapse. The feelings you are describing is what you feel after you pmo. Rebooting is the process of abstaining from pmo for 90 days or more. That means no masturbating,porn,or orgasm(ejaculation). Everyone you relapse you are making the rebooting process more difficult. Trust me I know. I've had countless relapses before.

    I am currently 56 days pmo free yet I have no sexual desire,no morning wood or random erections, which I think is part of the flatline. I do have more energy, better focus, better posture, stronger will power and require less sleep to function properly. I know that I can have more powerful benefits with proper diet and exercise included during no pmo.

    You need to go at least 90 days without pmo to have any chance at rebooting. In the 90 days you will have pros and cons. But you will be growing both mentally and physically. Sometimes you might feel low and sometimes you might feel great. It all depends on the lifestyle you live while rebooting from pmo.

    I wish you all the best on your journey brother and I hope that you don't relapse again.
