    I reccomend starting small. Just use it as a log to record and quantify. Perhaps something as simple as "Urges 7/10 today, triggered by being bored and hungry but didn't succumb. Had a good conversation with my wife this evening. 3 Days no MO, and 5 days with no P." Just get in the habit, hold yourself accountable to somebody (even if it's just a journal), and help you to start noticing patterns.

    Another option is to put it in a physical book, or even a password protected word processing file on your computer, if you feel that you aren't ready to share with the whole internet.
