i relapsed on y first day of recovery!

    How did you relapse? I think harm reduction comes in here. If you only watched P, that doesn't mean you should go ahead and MO.

    Is this you're first attempt ever? If so, welcome to NoFap. 99.9% don't succeed on first try. It might even taken years to get a month of Nofap completed.

    It's not the end of the world if you relapsed. If you fail, fail forward. There's no need to give up hope and continue to dig yourself deeper. Get back up and immediately move forward in your ambitions.

    Did you do it multiple times? Re-lapse means repeatedly, and even if you did it's within one day. Unfortunately a lot of people use the word incorrectly, a lapse is probably more accurate to describe what happened.
