Checking in, been really pushing myself mentally this month. Continuing to learn a little bit more each day. I've noticed when I get stressed from my new challenge I get urges but haven't acted on them other than social media scrolling then I snap myself out of it.

The discipline and self control I've learned from here has been very helpful in my current endeavor.

Checking in day 2. Feels fun having this challenge to get through along with my journal. Feel like I'm making quite a bit of progress. I think my longest streak no PM a few years ago was about 45 days. Looking forward to hearing that.

Day 0 begins. I am better prepared this time as I got work from home and am not free whole day. Completing this challenge is a top priority for me right now!
