Today I hit day 84 of no PMO. My P addiction is to ts/cross dresser/sissy P and online chat/sexting with cross dressers. I’m heterosexual and watching straight P just seemed boring in comparison!
84 days has been tough and I still have deep thoughts about ts and the many online interactions and sexting I have had.
Obviously now coming up to day 90 and thoughts are turning to what next?
In my head it’s carry on going with nofap. I think 90 days is not enough....I could be back online in a flash chatting away and watching stuff.
What have those that have made it this far done next?
    Start M again?
    Keep going?

  2. If you think 3 months are not enough why start M again? M will most likely lead you to P again and you will go back to day 1.

You better try and stop thinking of your past and think of your future, stop thinking about the interactions you had and what you did and saw. If you wanna defeat this it’s the only way, start training your brain and try and forget those memories.

Keep your streak and keep going, stay strong, you’re so close to three months and you need to know that you have it in you to keep going further!

Yeah I think keeping things going is where I am at. More curious to know what others have done and how they approach that milestone, understand each person has their own individual circumstances.
Absolutely am looking forward into the future, one without P!
The head is now definitely clearer after no PMO for nearly 3 months!

90 Days isn't enough for you bro. Also 90 days isn't a magical number.. For some people it might take a few days, Some people might recover in a few months and some people may have to wait a year or two. It really depends on how bad the addiction is and the addict personality. In any event it should become your lifestyle forever. There's no point in coming back to what gave you so many problems right?

Yeah definitely, this has gone on for a long time and when I started I always thought that 90 days isn’t going to be enough! Length of time I’ve been PMO to this stuff is 20+ year!! Lots to undo!

  6. I think you need to remember and understand why you’re doing this. Are you just trying to check days off of a calendar? Or are you trying to change your life and be a different, better, stronger person than you were before?

For me, I want to change. I want to be a better man. A better man for myself, sure. But also for my wife, my son, my future grand children. I want to live a life without fear, guilt, or shame. To live a fuller, more purposeful life. A life where I experience doing the things I live to do with the people that I love. To use my creative energy to... create! I want to BE a better MAN.

I will leave a legacy when I am gone and I want that legacy to be one of adventure and contribution to the world, my country, my community, and, most importantly, my family.

Yeah, hearing you loud and clear on that....couldn’t agree more with what you’ve said there. Definitely trying to change for the better.

first congrats for the 84 day's its amazing

second, like the other said 90 day's is not the magical number. the purpose is to forever free from porn. this is not a challenge like ice bucket challenge or no nut November. its a lifestyle its a choice of life. a choice to be a free man not a porn slave.
so if u stop at day 90 and going back to your habit, its more likely ur just wasted ur time bro.
the 90 day's its just average number of day's for your brain to reboot from this kind of stuff. mind you when i say average, that term its not apply to long hardcore porn addict which usually need much more time to even a brain reboot. for me for example based on other people experience whom share almost same pattern, he need's at least 9 month to recover. so that's a minimum for me to heal but not the mandatory

third, what lies after 90 day's is a little bit different world if i can picture it out. straight porn is not an issue anymore u will have to fight with actual or daily trigger in the real life. for example i have this fetish on some "private area" of woman. not her V or boob's its just something else. then i must fight with triggers when i can see or sense my fetish on real woman that i met. to not fantasize her , not ogling at her. just straight conversation with eye contact and respect manner (which is hard btw)

Thanks, day 98 of nofap today, almost at the 100 mark. Still have bouts of pretty strong urges to PMO to all things trans.

Sorry this isn't something that will go away by stopping masturbating. There are links in my profile on the causes of sexual masochism.

What next? 180 days. And then 360. And then 720. You get my meaning. DO NOT go back. My 2 cents.

  14. You have something very precious in your hands, so do not drop it. I got to 93 days and then I felt like I won, so I rewarded myself by masturbating. Then it led me straight back into the dark hole I came from. I gave up everything just because I felt that I did enough. That was last year. I haven't recovered since. You need to keep going, my friend, and hang onto this victory. Do not turn success into failure. Turn success into more success.

Remember reading these back in 2020, looking at other posts by Believe007 there's a 620 days PMO one so well done!! Hopefully that is still going.

I read, and didn't comment at the time, as I'd just reached 90 days in March 2020 and then fell straight back thinking I was "cured". It did feel so good not PMO'ing and, as others have said, rewarded myself.

I'm here now on Day 0... again.
