Beach sexual stimulation

I would stay away from beaches, swimming pools, waterparks, or anyplace that skin shows because they will mess up the recovery especially coronavirus going on. Also, more likely going to have lustful thoughts that sends to PMO.

 

Beaches are on lockdown anyway right?

 

Getting horny does not mean you lose control. Go to the beach with your buddies and relax, man. A man knows how to control his emotions. It might be good practice for you. But stay safe.

It depends on where you're at in the process. For me knowing this as a fact would cut down on it big time, but generally speaking when younger your libido may be completely oblivious to your mind that way. Still I thought to mention it point blank in case it gets through a little.

There are different reasons why people in the west may be not turned on, desensitization might be a part of it.

At a certain point, if you understand human psychology enough, you understand that self centeredness is not attractive - and while that doesn't directly correspond with being physically attractive as someone who lives in the West I can tell you it's damn prevalent. In terms of ones character it could be seen is rather ugly even.

 

In my locality I see red lights and prostitute girls naked, and I'm some times ogling over there at their mini skirts. I'm not sure whether is has something good or bad to contribute for my recovery. I thought as they are at least real girls with flesh and blood, this habit might not count as relapse. Do you have any suggestion in this regard ?? But surly this habit couldn't and can't cause me for M. I mean properly i could control it.

In general I don't think it's good to be desensitized to anything. You don't want to REACT to the sensitivity, but sensing things whether it's sexual in nature or otherwise is just picking up information.

 

Because it takes more to become stimulated. It escalates, that's why people get into strange fetishes because what is called regular "vanilla" porn is not enough anymore. In this case a girl in bikini is not porn but what we call porn substitute in the mind of a porn addict, it would be like a drug addict drinking coffee. Some people are sensitive to even the relatively weak high caffeine produces, but for someone who is used to much greater highs it would be nothing. So it happens both with the kind of sensory stimulation and the sensitivity of the dopamine system in the brain.

 

Last summer, my mother, a friend of my mother, and I was on the beach.While the three of us were swimming, my mother told her friend that there was a topless woman on the beach.I was excited and asked where she was.(I'm not proud of it.)Then I looked at that topless woman 3 times.But I did not feel an excessive rush.I thought, I wasn't too aroused because my mother and my mother's friend were with me.But this is not an accurate guess.I'm not aroused because I had become desensitized to this kind of thing because of p...After long streaks , Even a cleavage started to arouse me...However, you do not need to stay away from the beach just for this reason.(except covid-19).Go to the beach and swim with your loved ones, have fun and enjoy the sun and the beach.You don't need to focus too much on sexual things.Just have fun and have a good time.I think this kind of activity keeps you away from PMO.

Baywatch was one of the most successful TV series of all time. Was this because of great scripts? Terrific acting? The way it dealt with social issues?
I'd answer an unequivocal NO to all of the above! It was a hit because it was soft porn. As a young man I thought there was nothing wrong with ogling semi naked women. In truth when I did so I felt no urge to masturbate whatsoever.
That all changed when I got an internet connection at home. I quickly became addicted to PMO. Now a trip to the beach would be very dangerous for me. I could very likely fall foul of the law.

Realistically, when you go to the beach, 90 percent of the people there would serve you better to put their clothes back on. At least that’s been my experience, but I guess it all depends on where you go.

 

Yeah, I think you're more normal than many of us in the West. lol There are different possibilities, some people will be so bold as to rub up against a girl on the bus hopefully without them noticing - that is obvious really messed up and crosses some serious boundaries and you have to REALLY objectify the woman because they are basically counting on them being too distracted and not noticing. I don't know for a fact they watch porn but I think that is very likely.

But for you, I think it may even help you to talk to girls and relate to their mind, see what they like and talk about those things so it isn't just physical. Assuming you're not looking to become a monastic or abstain from sex for life which it doesn't sound like you are, the best thing is basically to relate to them as a human being, on all other levels.

the sight of some women naked, however attractive, has no real effect on me. However if I find a woman alluring this changes.
Viewing models etc in swimwear and lingerie is how I got addicted to PMO. But over time this became insufficient. I was drawn more and more to hardcore porn.
PMO addiction gets worse and more sordid over time. Like all addicts we require an ever increasing dose to get the same hit. Like all diseases prevention is better than cure. However once we fap we will always have a propensity for it.
