I had a similar problem when I was a porn addict. It's mostly a mental problem like WhyNotStop said, and sometimes the penis has lost some sensibility. But the brain is flexible and you can recover from avoiding PMO.

 

It's a severe case of PIED. Some people can't even have an erection with porn and masturbation. That's my case.

My friend .. Do you really want to heal? I'm telling you a secret, you will never heal if you keep watching porn ... I and many others have not healing for years even if I have not watched porn. I use to be able to get them; until I limped dick on a sexual encounter and I went to freaking out. Then I found noFAP and realized I had PIED and as soon as I begin noFAP I immediately went into a flatline and that scared me the most. So, I tried watching porn and to my surprise I could no longer be aroused however as time progress I realize its apart of the healing process. I started March 2020 had a relapse last month April 2020 and I am at 32+ days strong with more strength then my first time!!! The benefits I have received is endless!! No more brain fog, more energy, im working out more, more focused on goals, finally building muscles like I want, etc. Still have some PIED symptoms but I notice that my libido is slowly returning, still no strong erections, but, the randoms and libido is slowly returning. The only thing that can heal is time we just have to be patient.

 

it was actually the sex that led to my relapse last month (April 12)! My libido had just come back and as you could imagine I was horny so I hooked up with this chick on Tindr and its just not good to rush back in. I had like 70% erection (still limp-dicked) though it was strong enough to penetrate I had so much pinned tension that I ejaculated in like 30 seconds. Either way that one hook up led to me relapsing to porn for the next few days then I went through another week or so of my libido being gone before it slowly started coming back.

 

I'm able to have a complete normal erections since last year, without using my hands. I achieved that after five streaks (13-18days). But I don't have morning woods yet. I also encouraged some people to do that, and they told me they recover their erections after about 30 days. You can go to success stories, you will find a lot of people who recovered from PIED.
